  24. I have the development environment set up using a 486 to cross-compile
  25. the code. I have been having some strange equipment problems recently
  26. that cause some kernel compiles to work and at other times they won't
  27. boot. I am at the point where the card is recognized and I am working
  28. on the details of initializing the controller chip and installing an
  29. interrupt handler so I can begin trying to scan the SCSI bus for
  30. devices.

  32. I am operating on basically no documentation at this point other than
  33. some code for a device driver from NetBSD for a different board which
  34. uses a similar (compatible?) controller chip. I am expecting some
  35. information from Michael Sherman with some details on the controller
  36. chip which should help.

  38. If anyone can point me in the direction of some more details on the
  39. hardware of the Oktagon board it would be most helpful.
